Reservation Terms & Conditions
The purpose of the Reservation service is to reserve a table at our venue.
We do not guarantee a certain table location at the time of the reservation. At all times, the requested table will be noted in terms of its location, but we reserve the right to change sections if necessary, always applying the lowest minimum consumption.
Reservations are accepted for the same day until 5:00 p.m.
Reservations will be automatically canceled due to delays that exceed our tolerance limit of 15 minutes. In the case of wanting to inform us of a delay, we cannot guarantee telephone or mail attention during the Service, so we ask for maximum punctuality. (The time necessary due to traffic and search for parking during the high season, must be taken into account to ensure your arrival at the time of booking).
Whenever possible, show the reservation confirmation email to the receptionist upon arrival.
Any customization or special request must be explicitly informed to us and will be valid after express confirmation by our reservations department, and may incur additional costs:
Special diets: We have dishes adapted for special diets such as celiac and vegetarians or vegans. If you have any allergies or a special diet, it is essential that you notify us at the time of booking so that we can inform the Chef and Maître d '.
Special dishes or drinks: in case of requesting a special dish, a prepayment of €25 per person will be requested as a guarantee. The reservations department will inform you in this case the possible payment methods, and that amount will be deducted from the final invoice on the day of the reservation, as a prepayment.
The client can cancel or modify their reservation at any time. In certain situations, we may request clients to provide a reservation guarantee which will be informed at the time of the request.
No dress code is required, although no shirtless, shoeless, underwear or bathing suit is allowed entrance to the venue.
